We invite submissions to PROS 2020: "Organising Beyond Organisations for the Common Good: Addressing Societal Issues through Process Studies", June 24-27, 2020, Rhodes, Greece.

Understanding the societal consequences of organizations is a perennial concern within organization studies. For instance, a vibrant stream of research has emerged under the banner of grand challenges. Similarly, there is a resurgence of interest in the societal consequences of organizations, particularly centred on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This symposium aims to build on these vibrant research streams. We call for research that 1) takes seriously "organizing beyond organizations" and 2) "addresses societal issues" by engaging the unique methodologies and theories afforded by a process studies lens.

As is common in PROS, general process-oriented papers, not necessarily related to the theme of the conference, are also welcome
