    Dear SAP members and friends
We would like to draw your attention to the upcoming EGOS sub-theme on "Openness as an Organizing Principle: Revisiting Diversity and Inclusion in Strategy, Innovation, and Beyond", co-convened by Marieke van den Brink (Radboud University Nijmegen), Leonhard Dobusch (University of Innsbruck) and myself.
Please find the call for short papers here: https://bit.ly/SubTheme48-EGOS21
In the sub-theme, we will continue previous discussions of open organizing across various domains such as open strategy, open innovation or open government and, at the same time, focus particularly on issues of diversity and inclusion in terms of participants and participation.
We would be honoured if you consider submitting a short paper and/or passing on our call to anyone who might be interested.
    Best wishes
    Marieke, Leonhard and Violetta
