    HEC Montreal
    is presently seeking candidates for a tenure-track position in Strategy (any related sub-topic, quantitative or qualitative research orientation welcome).

The school has 260 full-time faculty engaged in high quality teaching and research.     Requirements:

    • PhD in Strategic Management or a related field
    • Passionate about teaching strategic management and interacting with students at various levels (B.A.A., MBA, M.Sc., Ph.D., Executive Education)
    • An established record of quality research or high potential in line with the stage of career
    • Mastery of French or a willingness to learn it. HEC Montréal's integration program provides excellent linguistic support for those who need it. The candidate will be expected to teach in the French language within two years of hiring. The ability and willingness to teach in English and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
