    As part of our focus on Responsible Organisation, we are looking for an Assistant / Associate Professor who studies organisational change from a practice theory and/or process research perspective. You will be the driving force behind research and teaching programmes in Business Administration and in Organisational Design and Development, and inspire students with cutting-edge research on societal problems and processes within organisations.
