Assistant/Associate Professor of Strategic Management

The Rucks Department of Management invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Strategic Management at the Assistant / Associate Professor rank to begin in Fall 2025.
The Associate Professor rank may come with tenure. Associate Professors and senior Assistant Professors are highly encouraged to apply. Senior applicants must have a strong research record and junior candidates must show promise for the development of a solid research agenda.
Job Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses (primarily in strategic management). Normal teaching load is two courses per semester, i.e., four courses per academic year.
Engage in academic research and publishing.
Undertake assignments normally associated with teaching, scholarship, and university service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Level/Specific Degree: Ph.D./DBA in Management or related field; For the Assistant Professor level, ABD candidates will be considered.
Years of Experience: 0-6
Specific Experience: Primary area in strategic management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific Experience: Demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching or demonstrated potential for excellence.
