12:30 to 12:35 Miles: Introduction of panelists and explanation of the PDW theme and goals.
The goals of this PDW are to:
· inform faculty about possible social media,
· answer faculty questions and alleviate concerns about using social media,
· inspire faculty to try social media in their management classes, and
· guide faculty toward a successful experience using social media in the classroom to help improve management student attendance, engagement, sharing, and retention.

Facts and information about each of the social media examined in this PDW: Facebook, TikTok, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Flipgrid, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
12:45 to 1:00 Professor Anand will demonstrate: Slack, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
1:00 to 1:15 Professor Tuer will explain all about: Facebook, LinkedIn and Flipgrid.
1:15 to 1:30 Alex Fergnani will explain how he uses YouTube in his management courses.
1:30 to 1:45 Professor Liou will demonstrate Instagram and LinkedIn.
1:45 to 2:00 Professor Evans will discuss how she uses TikTok and show some of her student-created fifteen-second videos. She will also help interested PDW attendees create some of their
own fifteen-second videos about management concepts, and show how to post them to
TikTok for any member of the Academy to view.
2:00 to 2:15 Professors Viscusi and Gautschi will demonstrate how they have successfully used:
Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram in their courses.
