Based on our experience of Innovation North at Ivey Business School, we will discuss how management scholars can co-create solutions to business challenges in collaboration with stakeholders from business, non-profit, and government sectors, as well as challenges of conducting a research programme despite having a shared belief in fostering a future where businesses and society thrive together.
