    Dear Colleagues

We are happy to draw your attention to the EGOS Subtheme 39 "Expanding Paradox Research across Time, Place, and Bodies" at Milano 2024. Understanding paradoxical tensions, and how we can navigate them become increasingly important both practically and theoretically in our times of disruptions and polarizations.

Our focus is on tensions of time, space, and embodiment, to advance our understanding of the temporal dynamics of paradox, the multi-dimensionality of space in relation to paradox, as well as how bodies participate in paradox. Given the rich ongoing work on paradoxes, we also welcome papers on paradox, more broadly, such as those related to paradox theory, paradox mindset, both-and-thinking, and many more!

We are keen to receive submissions from authors at all career stages, with special encouragement for PhD students, junior scholars, and scholars from geographically and socially marginalized communities.

Find the full call for papers here: EGOS - SUB-THEMES: Call for Short Papers - European Group for Organizational Studies

Please note that your short paper should not exceed 3,000 words and must be submitted by Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Don't miss your chance to showcase your research and engage in meaningful discussion with leading scholars and peers.

We are looking forward to your submissions - Garima, Katrin and Harald.
