Dear All, I am pleased to share with you the full text of our last recent publication in Journal of Business Research (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jbusres.2018.01.033), coauthored with Davor Vlajcic (University of Zagreb) Giacomo Marzi (University of Lincoln), and Marina Dabic (University of Zagreb/Nottingham Trent University). As you know Emotional Intelligence has been quite a trending topic in management research during the last decades, however in the recent years the concept of Cultural Intelligence, as the ability to adapt to new cultural contexts, has gained prominence to be effective in the workplace, as the other forms of intelligence have been proved to be culture specific. In the last years also the Academy of Management Learning & Education published few articles on the educational side of Cultural Intelligence. In our article, we explore how Cultural Intelligence supports expatriates managers in an effective knowledge transfer process. Hopefully, for those interested, this reading can be a good support in teaching, training and ongoing research projects related to the subject.
