The Enterprise Institute at the University of Neuchâtel solicits applications for a PhD position in management at the University of Neuchâtel starting 1st September 2018 or upon agreement.
Position details
· Complete a PhD thesis in management
· Assist in administrative, teaching and research support for the supervisor
· Collaborate with the team in research and other scholarly activities
· The position ranges from 70% to 100%
· Supervisor: Emmanuelle Reuter - Assistant Professor of Innovation Management
Requirements
· Master's degree in management or in a related social science discipline (psychology, sociology, political science, statistics)
· An interest in several of the following topics: innovation, strategy, business-government interactions, decision making, sensemaking, cognitive perspectives, psychological theories, organization theory, energy transition, sustainability
· Demonstrated expertise in empirical research methods (e.g. content analysis, experimental methods, secondary data, survey research, case study analysis)
· Passion for research
· Demonstrated independence and initiative
· Ability to work in a multicultural environment
· Excellent command of English (oral and written)
· Good command of French or willingness to acquire it

· Salary (Salary scale – in French): 2018 gross annual salary, 1st year of employment at 100%:
CHF 69'389.45; at 70%: CHF48'572.-
