Dear colleagues,
we would like to invite you to submit a 3,000-word paper to our subtheme on "Trusting: The Practices and Process of Organizational Trust" at the 2016 EGOS Colloquium in Naples, Italy, July 7-9.

Subtheme 02 is organized once again by the EGOS Standing Working Group on "Organizational Trust". Previous editions have been very inspiring and productive, e.g. the Organization Studies 36(9) Special Issue on "Trust In Crisis" this year. We have also involved PhD students and early career scholars very actively in our pre-colloquium and subtheme activities. For 2016, the sub-theme encourages scholars to delve deeper into the idea that trust is a matter of process and practices (Subtheme 02).
