The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC Marshall School of Business is seeking to hire non-tenure-track professors (all ranks) who have experience in teaching organizational behavior and/or corporate strategy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The individual should have strong subject-matter expertise in business as reflected in education, experience, and/or research publications. Displayed teaching capability in areas related to organizational behavior and/or strategy is required. Ideal candidates will have a doctorate in strategy, leadership, and organizational behavior; related fields will also be considered if they can teach the relevant courses. The annual base salary range for this position is $115,730-$259,892.
