Hi everyone
Instats is exited to introduce free PhD-level classes. Our first offering Generalized Linear Models for The Social and Health Sciences is taught by prof Dave Armstrong and meets twice weekly for 12 weeks. This PhD-level class provides a comprehensive understanding of Generalized Linear Models and their application in various social and health science disciplines, including multilevel models for non-continuous data. This class is entirely free for all of the PhD students and academics at Western University, where prof Armstrong holds a chair in Political Science. For anyone outside of his university, there is a small fee for registration.
After the class is over, Instats will host all recordings and content as an on-demand class, which everyone at Western University will always be able to take for free, and again there will be a small fee for registration by anyone outside of his university. This allows anyone to use Instats as a free PhD-training platform, while generating new revenue streams when your training content is purchased by anyone outside of your university.
If you and your university would like Instats to freely host your PhD-level classes on our platform, and generate new streams of revenue for you when your content sells to others, please get in touch with us today. Instats offers a number of free services through our fully integrated research ecosystem -- it's always free for your students and researchers. You can check out our other livestreaming and on-demand seminars at instats.org.
Best wishes from everyone at Instats
