The idea is simple: we match junior and senior reviewers who have evaluated the same submission (based on submission IDs only). The goal is to create a space for exchange, feedback, and shared learning.

As a senior reviewer, you can support others and help strengthen our reviewing culture.
Participation is voluntary, and information will only be shared with the coordinators. Your written review will remain confidential unless you choose to share it with your buddy.
