The second issue of Organization Theory is out now!

It is a wonderfully eclectic and theoretically rich issue with papers theorizing and explaining when and how actors may initiate or resist change in institutional settings, what role power differences play in building collaborative partnerships, how externally oriented forms of communication may change organizations from within, and what kinds of trust-building activities are central to alternative organizations. The issue also features an insightful perspective piece that calls for a renewed focus on the multi-national corporation within organization theory.
