It focuses on a Latin American method called the Systematisation of Experiences, or SE - an approach that helps people and organisations make sense of their own practices, reflect on them collectively, and use that understanding to drive change.

About the speakers:
Manuel A. Henao-Restrepo is an associate professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Antioquia and holds a PhD in Management from Universidad EAFIT in Medellín, Colombia. He teaches courses on social management and social project management. His fields of research are strategy, strategy-as-practice and process, non-profit organizations, and resourcing, using participatory research methods.
Luz Maria Rivas Montoya is a Research Professor of Strategy at the School of Management at Universidad EAFIT, Medellín, Colombia. She teaches strategy courses at the master's and doctoral levels. Her research interests include corporate strategy, strategy as a practice and as a process, strategic risk, complexity, and trust. She is currently conducting postdoctoral research on Colombian business families.
